The MHS health club students got to sit in on several presentations related to healthcare yesterday. From interviewing situations, to an aptitude evaluation that reveals their strengths related to healthcare, it was a great experience. A huge thank you to Hailey with AHEC, who funded and presented our CNA kids with scrubs and stethoscopes. Thank you to Lauren with Texas A&M Rural Health, and Rachel with Frontera Healthcare, for organizing and including Menard in the event! We appreciate everything. Go Jackets! 👊🐝

At the MISD school board meeting last night, we got to recognize both basketball teams and their respective accolades! We also recognized two amazing staff members that do so much for our kiddos - most of which is behind the scenes. MISD is lucky and appreciative of having staff members Norma Hitt and Coach Gooch! Prom is Saturday so junior parents/guardians/students, we need your help to make it a success. Thursday, March 27th--Decorate from 4:00-8:30 PM Friday, March 28th--Parents may decorate during the day 9:00 AM Students/Parents decorate any time after you are out of school until done. Saturday, March 29th--Finishing touches at 9:00 AM Sunday, March 30th--Clean up at 10:00 AM until done

Menard Athletics is looking for volunteers for the District 12A Track and Field Meet on April 2nd. We are looking for help with Field Events, Running Events, and Donations for Hospitality Room. Depending on the number of volunteers we get we will make sure that no one is out there for an extended amount of time and your time is respected.
